Shipping policy

We offer delivery across Lebanon and local pickup from our pharmacy. Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability, holidays, or unexpected delays. Delivery fees are shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch. For cash-on-delivery orders, customers must provide a correct phone number and delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable customer, or refusal to receive the order, additional delivery fees may apply. Once the order is delivered, the customer is responsible for checking the package and informing us immediately if there is any issue, missing item, or damaged product.
